“Be the difference!” That was the theme of ICLE’s 25th Annual Model Schools Conference, which has just wrapped up in Nashville. Throughout three days of innovative, high-energy sessions, the 2017 honorees who were named Model School and Innovative District leaders inspired 5000+ of their education peers from across the U.S. Attendees were also treated to featured speakers such as best-selling author Daniel Pink, autism advocate and author Dr. Temple Grandin, award-winning children’s author Kwame Alexander, and ICLE founder Dr. Bill Daggett, who shared his passion and expertise on how and why we must work innovatively to prepare today’s students for the careers and world that await them.
