Our program pairs teachers with a coach who understands their subject area and brings a depth of expertise and classroom experience to every session.
HMH instructional coaching is grounded in proven strategies that build a unified teaching culture by setting, measuring, and achieving professional goals.
Coachly pairs each teacher with a certified coach who has relevant subject-area, grade-level, and classroom experience. Over 70% of HMH coaches have an advanced degree, along with experience in one or more of the following: intensive intervention, teaching multilingual learners, and teaching students with exceptionalities.
