Dr. Jennifer Webster

Dr. Jennifer Webster currently serves as the Associate Superintendent for Administration and Leadership for Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) in Maryland. In her role, Dr. Webster supervises school administration, special education, human resources, technology, communications, equity initiatives, and student services for the district. Prior to working in WCPS, Dr. Webster served as a principal supervisor for Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) in Montgomery County, MD. Dr. Webster’s foundation as an educator was built as a high school teacher, assistant principal, middle school principal and high school principal.
